For Tchibo, the quality concept does not just stop once a product has been manufac­tured and delivered. We sell our products via an extensive network of our own Tchibo stores, conces­sions in super­markets and specialist retail stores, and via the Tchibo mail-order service. If you ever have any questions relating to our products, services and other topics, you will always be given expert advice by qualified members of staff, be they in the stores, part of the mail-order service or from customer services. By the way, you will also find top tips and product-related infor­mation in our instruc­tions for use, all of which we write ourselves as part of our quality-oriented services. This guarantees that you are able to use the products as intended for as long as possible. Inciden­tally, the German technical inspection authority (TÜV) has certified that our instruc­tions for use are user-friendly, under­standable and exhaustive – and this is corrob­o­rated by feedback from our customers.
